ABOUT OPERANDI DESIGN BUILD

Operandi was created around a simple idea: residential projects should be beautifully built, exceptionally well led, and supported by a smooth, attentive client experience.

Jesse’s background spans decades of hands-on construction, project management and organizational leadership. That combination shapes the way Operandi Design Build works—practical where it needs to be, thoughtful where it matters, and always focused on creating a clear path from idea to finished home. Clients benefit from a builder who understands how homes come together in the field, how complex projects need to be organized, and how important communication becomes when a family is making significant decisions about its home and investment. The result is a more considered design-build experience: one grounded in trust, careful planning, craftsmanship and respect for the way people want to live.

Behind every well-run project is thoughtful coordination and attentive client care.

Operandi Design Build’s approach is designed to keep information organized, decisions clear and the homeowner experience central throughout the process.
