If you contact us through our website, email, or about a project, we may collect basic information such as your name, contact details, project address, budget, plans, photos, and other information you choose to share. We use this information to respond to you, prepare proposals, manage projects, work with trades and consultants, and meet legal or business requirements. We do not sell your personal information. We may photograph completed projects for our website, portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials. Photos used publicly will be de-personalized and will not intentionally include names, addresses, licence plates, personal documents, family photos, or other identifying information. Completed project photos may be used unless you ask us not to. If you prefer that your project not be photographed or shared, please let us know at office@operandibuild.ca.We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. A policy update does not replace consent where a new use requires it.
